Great location. Right next to a big mall. Service was great, although they didn’t pick up the phone when I arrived at the airport to check on my booking. Hotel was clean, smells great and looks amazing. Breakfast was very good and overall exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend it and will likely go back again.

The ambience, the room and service was great. There is wifi, basement parking, room service, restaurant and kids play area. Reception staff Mr. Mohd and Ms. Hadela were extremely courteous. The hotel is not frequented by by asian and western expats, but these people made us feel special .

Kindly note, that I am rating it as a 3 star hotel. The Reception Lobby is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The bedsheets and towels are clean and fresh Breakfast exceeded our expectations with having all the essentials. Parking is ample in front and around the hotel

Excellent location, comfy beds , spacious apartment. The best option in South Riyadh . Very close to AlQasr Mall , one of the best malls in Riyadh. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Very cooperative staff specially Mr.Abdul Hakim who offered a free upgrade to more specious apartment. Special thanks to Mr.Abdul Hakim and Ms.Majeda for their support and professional work.

Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Staff are amazing, cleanliness and location for those who are looking for accommodation in Southern Riyadh.

kids pool and kids area facility was spacious and clean besides mall with all brands and food court room were clean beds were comfortable AC was good in rooms breakfast was good. dining area was very good lobby was spacious

The room size was great all kitchen facilities were available. Breakfast with different varieties and continuous refills. Next to Qasr mall where all shops are available. kids area and swimming pool available. Air-conditioned room.

Clean, nice breakfast, quiet, nice rooms with kitchens. The staff was very polite. The location was a bit far from the city center but it felt very safe with the park right next to the hotel.
